Custom Care



All of our garments are hand-crafted and limited edition. Colours of a garment can be very depending on your monitor.


  We offer courier delivery in Spain for 5 euros which usually takes 1-2 working days. For the rest of Europe, the shipping costs will amount to 10 euros, 15 euros for international shipping.

We ship worldwide using the Spanish Correos 1 class mail service. All packages have a tracking number, which allows you to determine the expected date of arrival of the item. Please note that we do not include insurance in the basic shipping cost. If you want to include an insurance for your item, please let us know in advance. If you need your apparel for a specific date, please contact us and we will  arrange something for you.

When your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation letter. All orders are being sent out within three working days. Tailoring of some apparel can take up to three weeks (for details check the description of item).

Once your order has been sent, the confirmation letter will be sent, including the tracking number. Normally the delivery takes 5-7 days for the European Union and 10-14 working days for the rest of the countries, varying on the destination.

Please always include your phone number in case the courier will have a need to contact you.


If you ordered the wrong size, the clothes do not fit you perfectly, or you want to return or exchange the item for any other reason, we are ready to do this for you within 14 days from delivery. We can not accept things for exchange or return which have been soiled, worn or washed. All clothing should be in the original packaging with the original brand label. We do not accept returns with a torn off label.

The package must be returned using the Tracked & Signed service. The refund will be effected as soon as the parcel is returned. We recommend you get a proof of posting. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.


Refunds are processed instantly. If the Paypal payment was made with a credit card, the money will be returned to the card, depending on the card issuer, it will take up to four days before the updates are shown on the client's bank statement. Refunds from transactions made through a bank account or Paypal balance will be returned directly to the customer's Paypal account. The refund will not include the shipping costs with the exception of faulty garments.


Payments for the SHERNAS online store are processed with Paypal. If you use Paypal, your financial information remains private and every Paypal payment follows with a letter with the confirming of the transaction.

If you have a Paypal, you can choose a purchase option without entering information about your credit card. Signing up for your Paypal account is optional, which means that the customer can first place the purchase, and then decide to save the information in a Paypal account for further purchases.


For delivery to the European Union countries, prices already include VAT. Taxes and duties are included in the price shown in our online shop.

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union can be subject to VAT, import taxes or duties. The prices indicated in the online shop are unique for all taxes and duties.
